RETURNS 14 DAY RETURN POLICY - Hotgolf Ltd offers an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 14 days from the date of delivery. CHRISTMAS RETURNS ARE EXTENDED TO 14 DAYS FROM THE 25/12/2016 If you wish to return an item please package it up securely and include a full description of your reason for return. Please retain your proof of postage Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. If your item is damaged please inform us within 3 working days of receiving it.
