These are a 3 iron to pitching wedge set of the Macgregor Tourney MT Irons. Widely considered to be one of the most beautiful and classic cavity back iron designs the MT is actually cast from a metal almost as soft as a forging thus giving these clubs the feel of forged irons without the tendency to bend easily. They have True Temper Lite shafts in stiff flex and run about a DO swing weight. I acquired this set because of the beauty of the design yet they had normal wear and some other typical issues like the head pulling away from the shaft on a couple of them. Rather than just trying to dress them up, I decided to take all of the clubs down to the components and re epoxy the heads to the shafts while installing all new ferrules. Thus they look really good and, unlike many other "sets" of older irons, are actually a nice matching set with all the same type shafts and flexes and brand new ferrules and grips all around. I used standard size Royal wrap style grips which I think add nicely to the aesthetic of these beautiful and classic irons.
