This is one of the 2012 Country Club Series models milled specifically for the members at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course.This specialty putter was limited to only 12 pieces.This is a mallet  produced in 2011. The material is Mild Carbon and the Finish is Satin Nickel.I purchased this putter direct from a Bettinardi Sales Rep 4 years ago and did not play it; as I thought I would sell it. In 2015 I chose to trim the shaft to 34 inches and place a Super Stroke Mid Slim 2.0 grip on it and play it. I am sorry to admit that I did not receive a certificate of authenticity from my seller, however he is very reputable and continues to be active in the golf businessMy current putter was a gift, so I put this putter in the closet and did not realize the nature of it being a limited edition putter until I did some research to learn only 12 were made.
