The shrink wrap is torn on the top line and it has a very light mark in this location. The 4-hybrid has the shrink wrap and is in good shape. The headcovers are included as is a shaft wrench. This listing is for a driver, 3-wood, and 3 and 4 hybrid. The headcovers are included and one shaft wrench is included. These clubs are covered under the full Mizuno factory warranty.
