THE TIPS ARE PRE CUT AND PREPPED. THE RAW LENGTH ARE 41 INCHES ON THE 4 IRON SHAFT AND GO DOWN IN 1/2 INCH INCREMENTS DOWN TO THE WEDGE SHAFT. The tip section is prepped 1 inch on each shaft. SIMPLY INSTALL SHAFTS AND BUTT CUT TO DESIRED LENGTH. Shaft specs; 50 gram regular flex
