This is a complete set, 2 iron through pitching wedge (9 clubs in all), of some of the best forged blades on the planet.  These are professional grade golf clubs, manufactured by the forging process; pounding the club heads into the desired shape.  Being forgings, they are stronger than investment cast irons, and loft and lie angles can be adjusted to suit your stance and swing.  Investment cast irons typically cannot be altered, and the player must accept those clubs as manufactured.  Not the case with these.  I purchased this set from the estate of a PGA teaching professional over 30 years ago.  I kept them in an environmentally safe environment, and removed them from the box just a few days ago.  I have made no effort to clean these clubs.  I am not sure of their age; only that they must be over 30 years old, yet they look like they could still be on display in a golf equipment shop. Some clubs in the set appear to have been hit off of mats a few times, others appear to have never hit a ball.  There appear to be some golf ball "witness marks" on the face of some of the clubs, however, I did not see any impact dings or damage.  Although I cannot guarantee their use, I don't believe they ever hit a ball off of grass turf.  They have the original Tommy Armour "Grip Rite, Swing Rite" grips.  The only blemishes I could find, and they are very minor, are some storage/transport minor dings that all irons seem to have, some of which may have occurred in manufacture, I'm just not certain.  Shafts are Tru Temper Dynamic Gold S300 stiff shafts.  All labels are in place, undamaged, and look awesome.  These irons are perfect for display or playing.
