John Byron Dale Head Nine with "3 Penny" Copper Insert. These were made for the PGA Show in Orlando and the majority were sold overseas to Japan.There is a back story to this model putter. A Japanese Tour Pro chopped and welded a Ping Anser to nearly this size. Featured in Choice Magazine, it drew interest because of it's uniqueness. The original Dale Head 9 had a shorter neck and was Carbon Steel and Gun Blued. This is a 303 Stainless with a longer neck that takes it to Face Balance. A cool and rare putter for sure.The shaft is a True Temper Tour Concept R3 wedge shaft and it has a new IOMIC grip.Will provide headcover.
