For your convenience we offer overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and all surrounding major cities and regional towns. Queensland approximately 2 – 3 Business Days, with all other locations taking a little longer (3 – 5 days). NT customers - an extra $15.00 surcharge applies. What you need to know:
All packages are sent by registered courier with a signature required on delivery. PO boxes are not permitted. Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday.  If no one is going to be home between these hours, it’s best to get your package delivered to work or somewhere someone is guaranteed to be able to sign for your package (like a neighbour or family member’s house). If we are delivering to a place of business, please include the name of the Company or Business, as well as a contact phone number and any delivery instructions during check out. Items paid for before 1:30pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched that same day for next business day delivery (where available). Orders paid after 1:30pm will be dispatched the following business day. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Currently, item collection or pick-up is not available.7 Day Trial

We must be notified before clubs are returned. Please email us to obtain a Return Authority number. Clubs must be dispatched back to us within 7 days of receipt. The purchase price is refunded back onto the payment method used to make the initial purchase. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the condition of the club/s has noticeably worsened.  Condition Rating Guide

Head Ratings 10 - Brand New
The clubs is band new. 9 - Excellent
Club could pass “As New”.  The club is shop soiled and never been hit. 8 - Very Good
The club has had minimal use and is in excellent condition.  Clubs may have been used at the driving range or played a couple of holes before being traded in.  Any marks on the head will be very faint. 7 - Good
Clubs will show signs of use but have been well looked after.  Irons will be free from stone chips or nicks on the soles. Woods will have NO sky marks or noticeable paint chips.  Grooves and Faces will be in good condition with no excessive wear marks around the sweet spot. 6 - Fair
Clubs will have small cosmetic imperfections associated with normal play with no damage.  Irons may have a small stone chips on the sole.  Woods may have a small sky mark or paint chips.  There will be NO dings, dents or compressions and definitely nothing that would affect the performance of the club. Faces and Grooves will be in good condition with no excessive wear marks around the sweet spot. 
 Shaft Ratings 10 - Brand New
Never been used. 9 - Excellent
Could almost pass as new.  Shop soiled only, the club has never hit a ball. 8 - Very Good
Club has only had driving range use or played a couple of holes.  If there are any marks on the shaft they will be very light. 7 - Good
Graphite shafts may have a few light scratches, with no wear on the paint work.  On steel shafts, one or two of the decals / stickers may have begun to fray slightly.  The shafts themselves will be in good order with just a minor scratch here and there. 6 - Fair
In perfect working order but cosmetically not quite deserving of a 'good' rating.  Graphite shafts may have one or two wear marks where the shaft has rubbed against the bag causing the paint work to rub off, nothing that has gone into the graphite layers.  Steel shafts will have some scratching.  Some of the stickers will probably be fraying or missing.  There will be nothing that will affect playability. Grip Ratings 10 - Brand New
