Shipping - Standard international shipping by Express Mail Service by Japan Post direct from Tokyo Japan.
- Please allow up to 7 business days (subject to extensions due to customs).
- All packages are professionally packed with bubblewrap, envelope or cardboard protection.
- We do not mark merchandise values below the purchase price and or "gifts".
- We DO NOT ship to addresses in Japan.
- Online tracking number provided once the item ships.
- Shipping is not available for APO/FPO shipments.
- No address changes after payment has been made.

- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, Japan time, excluding Japanese National Holidays.
Customs Your country may require taxes to be paid on imported goods. These import taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges and are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company at the time you receive your package, so please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. - Orders where payment has not been received within 1 day (Japan time) of the order time, excluding weekends, will be cancelled.
- We only ship to the mailing address registered to the PayPal account from which we receive payment. Please make sure your PayPal mailing address is current and correct.

- Any defects or damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item, or 30 days from date of shipment.
- Please note, that except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds.
- Notwithstanding the above, in some limited cases, we may make exceptions (e.g. purchases where the buyer mistakenly purchased because it failed to notice the specification of an item, etc.) and in these cases will refund the customer the purchase price LESS shipping fees LESS a 15% restocking fee.
